WHAT: Join Coach Erin group running practices 2-3 times a week leading up to the Marathon. Athletes will work on speed, endurance, hills, form and drills to successfully complete the Austin Marathon. Tips on nutrition an hydration, foot wear and apparel is included.

WHEN & WHERE: Workouts are held on the following schedule:

Monday's - Hill work - various locations North Central Austin and Cedar Park Areas at 6:45 PM

​Wednesday's - Track workouts alternating weeks between Austin High School Track at 6:15 AM and WILCO Track in Leander at 6:45 PM.

HOW MUCH: The 20 week program includes a FREE Training Peaks account and a full Marathon running training program and Video run analysis. Some days are to be completed on your own.

Sometimes even the best athletes need just a little advice. For this reason, Durata coaches are available for custom sessions.

Our half marathon program prepares you successfully to run a number of races offered throughout the year including, Zooma, Austin 10/20, San Antonio Half Marathon, Decker Challenge, 3M and Austin Half Marathon. To join this group you should be able to comfortably run/walk 3 miles (at any speed).

MARATHON TRAINING PROGRAMS
Marathon Training - Fall 2016
This 24-week training program prepares you to sucessfully run the Austin Marathon (or any other marathon in the january-february time frame). Our goal is to get you across the finish line injury-free and with a smile on your face whether your goal is to just finish or to break 4:00hrs. To join this group you should be able to comfortably run/walk 6 miles (at any speed).

From April through the summer and into the fall, Bobby's crew will prepare for the fall marathon of their choosing (such as Lake Tahoe, NYC, Marine Corps, Philly, Twin Cities, etc.). Runners should be comfortable with 5 miles for the first day of training. There will be 2 group workouts a week: a Quality Workout on Wednesdays and Long Runs on Saturday.

This program is a monthly billing program of $68 that will bill each month on the first.
