Born To Run is a Training Program for runners who want to have a comprehensive program combining distance running with drills, hills crawls and intervals to reinvigorate their running or build it for the first time. We meet three days a week. Tuesday and Thursday at 6 pm and Saturday at 7:30 am at Ready To Run on Farwest Blvd at Hart Lane.
Workouts include: Warm Up, Drills, Strides, Hills, Intervals, BearCrawls, Pullups, Cooldown.
Startup Assessment
To begin my program, I ask us to meet one on one to go through your current routine, my approach to coaching, gear check and we go through the drills you will experience at the workouts. This is an important session to make sure you start off on the right foot, in the right shoes, at the right level.
