The holiday season is fast approaching, and with that comes everyone’s favorite, the annual Jogger Egg Nogger!
Be sure to dress warmly and bring something extra warm to throw on
after the race, because you’ll surely want to stick around for these
post race refreshments! Enjoy our classic eggnog (leaded or unleaded)
while you share all your accomplishments of the past year and make plans
for the new year.
Packet pick-up & in-person registration race morning starting at 8:00am.
Race time - 9:00 am
Race location is Norbuck Park - Mockingbird/Buckner. Look for us under
the concrete shelter at the top of the hill near Peavy and Van Dyke.
Water stations will be located along the course. Please help with litter and dispose of you GU packets responsibly (putting them in your empty water cup before throwing on the ground helps a lot!)
All finishers will receive a commemorative finisher medal upon crossing the finish line.
Awards will go to the top overall male & female Overall and Masters
winners, as well as the top 5 age group finishers in each 5 year age
division.
A special shout out (and Thank You!) to Baylor
Institute for Rehabilitation for once again patrolling the course on
bikes providing our medical support. In addition to course support,
Baylor Institute for Rehabilitation always has someone at the finish
line for injury advice. After the race, they're there to help you with
any questions about a nagging running injury or a pain you've been
feeling. While not a full consultation, this is a great way to get some
quick advice and tips, without scheduling a doctor's visit. They can
also provide a referral if one is needed. Try them out, they're
passionate about helping you reach your running goals!
As always, the race will go on rain or shine. Only in the event of lightning will we delay or cancel the race.
Have a great race!
Thank you,
White Rock Racing
