Join Coach Bobby Garcia and his Rogue Team SOLE SURVIVORS for a spring of speed training and a summer of high mileage. Whether your goal is Cap 10K or not, February through April will be dedicated to sharpening your speed while maintaining a base of high mileage. From April through the summer and into the fall, Bobby's crew will prepare for the fall marathon of their choosing (such as Lake Tahoe, NYC, Marine Corps, Philly, Twin Cities, etc.). Runners should be comfortable with 5 miles for the first day of training. There will be 2 group workouts a week: a Quality Workout on Wednesdays and Long Runs on Saturday.
This program is a monthly billing program of $68 that will bill each month on the first.
Rogue Team SOLE SURVIVORS believe strongly in developing and strengthening a community of athletes who look to this training experience as a way to transform physically, mentally, and spiritually.
