Description
This program is for those wanting to maintain a Saturday long run base this spring. Saturday long run start times are at 6am for up to 20 miles, and 7am for up to 14 miles, both Downtown and Cedar Park. There will not be a training schedule, but each Monday you will receive an email listing all the long run start times and routes. Long runs will be supported with water stops and maps. This program will start February 20th and end April 30th.
